A special Winter Solstice Pilates Class on the longest night of year will be held Thursday, December 20 from 6-7:15pm at Bodytech Gym in the North Hills of Pittsburgh.
Join Lisa, certified Pilates instructor of Up Stretch Pilates, in an invigorating class that will leave you energized and full of vitality for the long winter months ahead.
The Pilates class is open to the public and is only $10 for 75 minutes. There will be pre-holiday gift certificate specials & door prizes, too. Space is limited so you must pre-register by calling Lisa at (412) 983-7818.
