Up Stretch Pilates Studio owner and freelance certified instructor will be attending the annual WSBA Spring Networking Event "Spring ahead with a NEW BUSINESS YOU!" this evening. The event is open to business men and women in the Pittsburgh area, featuring guest speaker Melissa McGavick.
Up Stretch Pilates Studio contributed a 1-hour Private Pilates Studio session to the many Chinese Auction prizes to me won through networking games. Lisa Sentner will be there to meet you and tell you more about her Pilates studio and benefits of Pilates training.

Pilates studios all over the world will be celebrating Pilates Day on Saturday, May 3 with events and activities to promote an initiative that supports fundraising efforts for the "Pilates in the Schools".
