Scrub and a Back Rub - Chase away the chill of Fall with a warming mineral back scrub. Your therapist will apply an exfoliating scrub to your back to leave your skin glowing and renewed. This is followed by a relaxing back, neck and shoulders massage to relieve your muscles and help you feel calm and refresed.
Back to your Feet - Begin your spa experience with an invigorating foot scrub followed by a mini-reflexology treatment. You will then receive a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage to relieve your stress and calm your senses.
Straighten Yourself Out - The treatment begins with your therapist assessing your posture and range of motion. You will then work with the therapist in Active Isolated Stretching. This is very beneficial for athletes, improving your posture, range of motion as well as helping you become more away of your body. You will be sent home with stretches to continue your improvements.
All Treatments are $50.00 and are 1 hour in length.
