- Dress in breathable, loss-fitting layers when coming to class or session. You will be surprised how quickly, like after the one hundreds, you will warm up in your Pilates training.
- ToeSox are the neatest tool & attire. ToeSox fit like a glove for your feet (weird, I know, but you will get used to them) and the sole grip dots keep you grounded to the floor, footbar or mat . . . plus your toes are warm!!!
- Get in the mood. Think warm thoughts, think laying on a warm sandy beach. Or in on a cozy rug in front of a fireplace. Focus on your breathing and use your imagination.
- Above all, don't skip class. It's just too easy to stay home. Get out into a warmed up car, head right to Up Stretch Pilates Studio inside Bodies R Us Gym, and get moving.
