Day 15 of Advocare 24 Day Challenge to Fit
Day 15 and down 5 lbs. Really mixing things up today with Grape Spark and morning a Berry MRS. I look strong and feel powerful. Energy level has soared and my muscle tone is sustained. I can't wait to get to the gym today to teach and maybe even get a little cardio in. I'm not sore from yesterdays workout, well I did it right. Took my MNS Max Pack, ate right and stretched immediately after. I even SPARKed before I ate veggie pizza early last night. Only almond and veggie snacks, I refused the soda and chip junk - empty calories. I'm 3lbs away from my goal weight. Let's see if I can do it next week!
