Day 7 of Advocare Herbal Cleanse

Whoohoo! Dave has lost 8lbs - 7 days in on the Herbal Cleanse, we haven't even considered inches! All that we know is that he went from a 40"-38" waist jean to a 36" and the 36's are very loose- he needs a belt! I'm feeling great, more energy each day and I owe it to my regimen I hope to share with all of my friends, family and Pilates fans.
