Day 9 of Advocare Herbal Cleanse

At 6am, we were up with Gideon (8 wk old Great Pyrenees/Lab mix) and 1 SPARK, Day 9 Herbal Cleanse routine and MRS (Meal Replacement Shake) later, here I am! I've been non-stop today, full of energy and ready to take on the world.
