An outstanding morning to teaching some outstanding Pilates clients . . . between, geting in some of my own cardio. I actually look forwrd to 20-25 minutes on the eliptical, which I never did. When I can feel and see a difference, it makes it easy to get excited.
I was thinking this morning that I am almost done with 24 days to fit. Then what? I continue taking products? If I stop, will I gain almy lost weight back and slump into daily naps and succum to pots of coffee?
Absolutely NOT!!! It takes 3 weeks to KICK a habit. 24 days to fit has changed my life and I will always need a high-protein, nutritious breakfast take time-release, high quality multi-vitamins, nad east small frequent meals that surge my metabolism. Advocare has done wonders for my health and the health of my family, so I'm not a quitter. I'm not going to gain back my weakness, I'm going to embrace the energy and become a leader!
