Great morning, today! It's my 10th wedding Anniversary. No fear or stress about eating changes because the cleanse has helped me make smart decisions, healthy decisions without feeling deprived or hungry. I'm so lucky to have a supportive family, great friends and beautiful children.
Easy day this morning, Mandarin Orange SPARK, the Herbal Cleanse ProBiotic Restore Ultra, and soon my Meal Replacement Shake in Berry! Yummie!

Day 3 of Advocare Herbal Cleanse (take 3)
SO enjoying my evening snack I made with natural peanut butter and AdvoCare Muscle Gain. ! Day 3 was great! I already feel so good, and there's more to do. I get a break from the Fiber Drink tomorrow morning and start my ProBiotic RESTORE Ultra. Everyone who has done the cleanse RAVES about how good/gentle our probiotics compared to others. It's because the live bacteria are not sitting on store shelves, in fluctuating temperatures,

Days 1 & 2 on the cleanse
Days 1 & 2 always feel the same for me. I follow the guides, check in with my sponsor, eat 3 meals + 2 snacks = 5, and get myself all psych-ed up for . . . crap! Really, that's what I'm cleansing for to get the traffic jam out of my body that's stopping the flow It's a strange surprise that I don't feel bloating, cramping, discomfort, etc. That it's so natural and unexpected.
The best part is the pampering I give myself when I'm cleaning. Isn't this how we should be treating our body anyway, as a temple? We are what we eat, right? Last night after I left Pilates sessions I was handed a piece of birthday cake. It didn't smell good to me; smelled way too sweet. My two little girls saw it and thought they wanted some, so I treated them both to a piece. They didn't even really eat it, more like played with it with their forks. They aren't used to putting that kind of unhealthy "crap" into their body, so they really had no taste for it. My cravings and desires for super sweets, salty or fried foods diminish each time I do this (btw, this is my third cleanse and I do it every 90 days).
I got to go home and make a beautiful chicken salad with fresh greens, cherry tomatos and sunflower seads (I like crunch and with no bread, I opted for nuts).
My snacks were a handfull of almonds blueberies and slices strawberries, and I had hard boiled eggs sliced with salt, pepper and French's Yellow Mustard (I love that). I had Spark and Catalyst, too when I got really hungry and needed something because dinner was going to be late. It's really works to fill-in-the-gaps. I could have just eaten cake, junk laying around, or treated my body right! I choose to treat my body like a temple. If I treat it right, it'll treat me right!
Well Day 2 went very well. I really kicked ass in my step class tonight, then taught my Pilates class immediately after. Thank goodness for a cleanse that keeps me energized, eating and feeling strong because I'd never do this otherwise. I don't even think I'll be suffering too much muscle soreness tomorow because of all the good protein and amino acids in catalyst that protect and fuel my muscles.
I just realized something . . . my next cleanse will be right before Thanksgiving! I thought that might be bad timeing on my part until I thought. How fantastic?!?!? I won't over-eat or gain weight, plus that one day of overwating, extra calories may actually speed up my metabolism! Super-duper!

Herbal Cleanse - Pre-Day 1 (3rd cleanse)
Okay, so it's the day before Day 1! I'm so excited to "cleanse". Funky, huh? Well, I just know I'm gonna feel sooooo good when I'm done. I may drop 2-3lbs, but I'm not after weight loss or vanity on this, I just wanna feel awesome! It's like hitting the "Reset" button and getting super charged with electricity when the plug in the outlet is just "BLAH". I have a great week coming up, too! It's my 10th wedding ANNIVERSARY! I'm not letting celebration stop me either, 'cause there will always be "something". I've heard sooo many excuses not to cleanse because of picnics, graduations, birthday's, this and that, well guess what? There will always be excuses to NOT do something. Put your heart into it, saddle up and get it done. I feel a thousand times better after I've finished something and gave it my all. Same thing here with nutrition. If we ate perfectly ALL THE TIME we wouldn't have to subject ourselves to cleanses, supplements, prescription medications, medical conditions, health insurance issues, etc.
I just heard on the radio that 9 states have recorded over 30% of their populations as being obese! We are a desperate country in desperate times, taking it out on ourselves and causing our health to decline, too! Yes, we are in a financial and health crisis! I'm happy to report that I'm doing something about both. I can attest that I am making money and using AdvoCare to improve my health and finances. Shouldn't you? I mean, shouldn't we all take a good look at where you put your dollar and what you put into your mouth?
$1 - McDonald's Sweet Tea (230 Calories) vs. $.74 Fruit Punch Rehydrate (50 Calories)
$3.29 McDonald's Egg McMuffin (300 Calories) vs. $2.85 Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake (220 Calories)
AdvoCare just saved you $.70/breakfast per day and an extra 255 Calories. Enough said.
