Day 4 of Advocare Herbal Cleanse

Four days on the cleanse, I feel awesome and lost weight! Easiest day by far today and excited to report that when I weighed myself at the gym . . . I dropped 1 pound! Instead of the Fiber Drink this morning, it's replaced a pack of 2 little ProBiotic Restore Ultra supplements that come inside the Herbal Cleanse kit. Knowing that I'm on my way to a happier healthy body is one of the reasons why I joined Advocare and hope to share it with my family, friends and Pilates students in the days, weeks and years to come.
