ChocOrange Breakfast Shake

Okay, I'm sure I'm not the only person who thought of this . . . added Orange Spark to my Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake this morning. It was just like the orange & chocolate Eater treats that I remember as a child in my Easter basket. Adding Spark seemed to make the shake a bit creamier. It was perfect start to my day, my birthday today. I'm celebrating I year wiser, happier & healthier.

Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake Delight!!

I just had the best first day of Spring morning breakfast . . . I blended 2 big, beautiful strawberries and half of a banana to my Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake for breakfast. I should have taken a picture of it . . . it looked awesome and was incredibly delicious. Spring weather means sunshine, sleeveless shirts, shorts & sunglasses! My schedule today - FULL. The whole day is dedicated to playing with my girls and Spring cleaning the house inside and out. My high protein jumpstart Shake means I've started my day the right way to keep up with them, maybe even outlast them. Meal Replacement Shakes travel in a pouch and simply mix with water. Great to have anytime, but extremely convenient and affordable when on the go. We know it's wrong to stop for a greasy, high-calorie and fattening fast-food breakfast.

Happy St. Patty's Day

Top of the mornin' to you! With a chill in the air, I opted for something warm to start off my morning. I don't know why, I just thought . . . it's been well over a month since I've had a cup of coffee. It seemed like a good idea. I poured it in my favorite mug, added my powdered creamer, then a scoop of sugar. Sip . . . not satisfying at all anymore. Dump . . . warm Spark time. I cannot wait until my Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake

Great Day Today

Before my Pilates sessions today, I was on the eliptical for 30 minutes and worked off over 375 calories. I felt like a rock star, never had I ever done THAT before.

Pilates Morning - Saturdays 3/13 & 3/20

Day 24 of Advocare 24 Day Challenge to Fit

This is it! Day 24! Today I'm breifly reflecting on my accomplishments. We have to see how far we've come before we can go futher, right? With that said, here it goes.

I was stressed, busy (who isn't?) and trying to run on coffee, naps and forcing myself to enjoy each day. When a Pilates student told me to talk to her trainer about Advocare, I set up a meeting. I liked what I learned about the products effectiveness & potential for additional income. Soon after doing a lot of my own research and seeing real people who's health and finiancial lives were significantly changed, I decided to try the products for myself. My husband joined me in the journey and we started like everyone else, with a 10-Day Cleanse Phase 1. The Herbal Cleanse was gentle & easy to follow. It became clear to me that I was lacking in energy that I needed to keep up with 2 toddlers, a 10 week old puppy, my husband and Pilates studio. Day 23 of Advocare 24 Day Challenge to Fit

An outstanding morning to teaching some outstanding Pilates clients . . . between, geting in some of my own cardio. I actually look forwrd to 20-25 minutes on the eliptical, which I never did. When I can feel and see a difference, it makes it easy to get excited.

I was thinking this morning that I am almost done with 24 days to fit. Then what? I continue taking products? If I stop, will I gain almy lost weight back and slump into daily naps and succum to pots of coffee?

Absolutely NOT!!! It takes 3 weeks to KICK a habit. 24 days to fit has changed my life and I will always need a high-protein, nutritious breakfast take time-release, high quality multi-vitamins, nad east small frequent meals that surge my metabolism. Advocare has done wonders for my health and the health of my family, so I'm not a quitter. I'm not going to gain back my weakness, I'm going to embrace the energy and become a leader!

Day 22 of Advocare 24 Day Challenge to Fit

I Sparked a seltzer this morning. The fizziness was pretty neat.

Advocare is not a weightloss company, has no magic pills, is not a diet plan and does not tell you to starve yourself. The 24 day challenge increases productivity of your metablism so you should actually eat more, less frequently and supplement your current diet. Eye-ball your portions, drink more water and comply with the plan is all it takes to succeed.

Day 21 of Advocare 24 Day Challenge to Fit

I just had a super success today . . . I had an "Advocare Mixer". I can't wait to have another one and be even more prepared. Usually, I get nervous at this sort of thing, but had never been so comfortable. I believe it is due to the fact that I KNOW the products work and can full-heartedly recommend these to my relatives, friends and Pilates students.

Okay, so today I was a little off in taking my MNS MAX pack. I caught up with them at dinner time, but experienced my first craving for a chocolate something after dinner. I'm ordering the Advocare Snack Bars with my order on Monday, just in case the urge sneaks back again. Three weeks and first urge? Maybe my body knows that I'm going to a baby shower tomorrow and the temptation for sweets will be all around me. Easy fix to that is just to pass the treats to someone else, or save them for Lily when she gets home with Dave. Missing them both and can't wait for them to come home.

Day 20 of Advocare 24 Day Challenge to Fit

I did get more cardio in yesterday, but today I'm teaching all morning and can't sqeeze it in. I thought after my workout yesterday I would be sore, but that's not the case today. Pushing myself more in my workouts and feeling more fantastic is such an accomplishment from the beatings I'd give myself and then "burn-out" I'd experience.

I'm excited to have my first "mixer" tomorrow. All my follow-up calls are coming this afternoon, so if your reading this, haven't returned my call or said "okay, I'll check my schedule" I'm caling you again today.

I packed Dave an Advocare travel kit for his weekend with the pup and Lily with MNS, Catalyst, Meal Replacement Shakes and our new favorite flavor Spark - Citrus. Glad I got more Catalyst in the mail yesterday since it looks like after tomorrow, I would have needed to get more.

Day 19 of Advocare 24 Day Challenge to Fit

I make a warm SPARK this morning. Hot water + SPARK = AWESOME!!!! It sjust what I needed for a morning feeling a little down, don't know why. With just 1 lesson on my schedule this morning, I should be glad the girls will be in good hands and I can get more cardio in today . . . hoping for 30 minutes or more this morning. Not feeling sore, or tired at all. Dave noticed that, too. Thank you, Advocare!

Day 18 of Advocare 24 Day Challenge to Fit

Oh, boy do I look ripped! Took a look at my arms this morning and my muscle tone IS preserved by taking the Catalyst. I'm sure the amino acids in Spark and protein boost in my Meal Replacement Shakes each day is helping me feel and LOOK stronger. I don't want to look beastly, but I love the way I feel and look strong. Strong, healthy mom, wife and Pilates instructor - yep. This is my vision!!

Day 17 of Advocare 24 Day Challenge to Fit

I never do anything for 17days. If I didn't full-heartedly believe in Advocare's nutrition program, products and business I would have given-up. But I'm not. I'm more axcited each day to share the products and business with everyone. So this morning . . . I'm Sparked, took my MNS Pack and feel incredibly ready for my day. My goal today is to introduce Advocare to at least 2 more people, share my story and get my Advisor on the phone with them to share their story & the business. I full-heartly believe in Advocare, the products and the business model so I'm diving in to contact my family, friends and Pilates students ASAP.

Day 16 of Advocare 24 Day Challenge to Fit

Monday morning jump started with SPARK, no coffee brewing and felt fantastic all morning and afternoon. I had time to sqeeze in15 minutes to do more cardio!!! Cardio 2x in 1 week? Yah!!!
